Plantronics Training Station Base (TSB, part# 40710-01) allows a supervisor to use Plantronics headsets simultaneously with trainee. Both the supervisor and trainee can transmit and receive. Includes AC power adapter. Plantronics Training Station Base (TSB) is designed for continuous associate on-line customer support and continuous supervisor monitor/take-over. The TSB allows both the associate and the supervisor to simultaneously listen and talk to the customer. The supervisor has the ability to take over the call at any time.

• Active voice circuit is ready to make or receive calls from the switch in call center environments or off-hook in single line applications
• Separate controls for transmit and receive
• Separate mute controls for supervisor and employee
• This amplifier includes one (1) Plantronics quick disconnect cord only. You will need order an additional cord for the 2nd headset.
• Can be used with any Plantronics H-series headset, Any H-Series headsets will work, but the supervisor and associate headsets must be identical to prevent distortion
