Alfatron Compact 4×4 HDMI Matrix Switcher

The Alfatron Compact 4×4 HDMI Matrix Switcher connects four video inputs to four video outputs along with accompanying S/PDIF audio to create efficient multi-display home entertainment systems, classroom integration, or conference rooms. All video inputs and outputs support HDR formats, including HDR10, Hybrid Log Gamma, and Dolby Vision up to 4K at 60 Hz with HDCP 2.2 compliance. When connected to a 1080p display, downscaling works automatically and can be set either on or off through API commands. Control of the device’s advanced functions can be achieved through the front-panel buttons, included IR remote, RS-232, and through the system’s IP with Web UI software.

EDID is also supported by the switcher in preset, copy, and writing capacities. Each input EDID is set as 4K at 60 Hz by default with 5.1-channel encoded audio and can be assigned to smart EDID mode in the system’s settings. The S/PDIF audio outputs supports stereo and multichannel surround audio formats. Additionally, a micro-USB port can be utilized for firmware upgrades to keep the system up to date and efficient. Included mounting brackets can be attached to the system for permanent mounting on a table or wall.
