Audix AP41 FLUTEĀ Overview

TheĀ AP41 Performance Series Single-Channel Flute Wireless SystemĀ fromĀ AudixĀ includes the R41 1-channel diversity receiver, B60 bodypack transmitter, and ADX10FLP miniature cardioid condenser flute microphone. The R41 diversity receiver operates on a frequency range of 522 to 554 MHz. It offers one-touch auto scan searches for clear channel. Thanks to the one-touch sync function, the receiver easily links to the B60 bodypack transmitter placed within 300′. Additionally, the ADX10FLP microphone can be connected to the bodypack transmitter using a mini XLR-terminated cable (included with the microphone).

Specifically designed for use with a standard-sized flute, the microphone includes an integrated clip that attaches to the headstock of the flute. It reproduces the natural tone and percussive nature of the flute with detail and accuracy. The tight pickup pattern of the microphone helps to isolate the flute from the rest of the instruments on stage.

Audix R41 Kit-A Performance Series Single-Channel UHF Diversity Receiver (A: 522 to 554 MHz)

TheĀ Audix R41 Kit-AĀ is a Performance Series single-channel UHF diversity receiver designed to deliver enhanced range and easy configuration for musicians, vocalists, presenters, and public speakers in houses of worship, concert venues, conferences, and live stage applications. Audix ADX10-FLP Miniature Cardioid Condenser Flute Microphone with Phantom Power Adapter

TheĀ Audix ADX10-FLPĀ is a miniature condenser instrument microphone engineered for use in a wide array of applications; however, the included mounting hardware allows the mic to be placed on the heads of flutes. The frequency and sensitivity response is more than suitable to accurately reproduce the audio character of flute instruments with great detail and minimal noise.

The condenser microphone is powered with the included APS911 phantom power adapter and the attached 8′ cable is terminated with a mini-XLR female connection. The cardioid polar pattern effectively minimizes noise and audio at the off-axis sections of the microphone; this feature assists in isolating the miked sound at the embouchure hole from other instruments or vocals on stage.

Flute Mount

The ADX10-FLP includes hardware that enables the microphone to be mounted to the head of a flute.

APS911 Power Supply

The ADX10-FLP features an attached 8′ cable terminating to a mini-XLR connector and a phantom power adapter.

Cardioid Polar Pattern

The cardioid polar pattern effectively minimizes noise and ambient audio at the off-axis sections of the microphone capsule.

Miniature Profile

The miniature design of the microphone capsule is suitable for video, presentation, and performance applications.

Tailored Frequency Response

The ADX10FLP utilizes a uniformly controlled cardioid polar pattern. This feature assists in isolating the miked sound at the embouchure hole from other instruments or vocals on stage.
